Product Introduction
The Geomembrane Automatic Welder, a state – of – the – art device, welds geomembranes seamlessly. It operates based on the hot – wedge welding principle. First, it uses a hot – wedge to heat the geomembrane’s surface until the surface reaches a molten state. Then, it applies appropriate pressure through pressure rollers, firmly bonding two geomembrane sheets together. As the device moves forward, it forms two parallel weld seams, leaving an air channel in – between for detecting the weld seams’ tightness.
This welder can handle a wide variety of common geomembrane materials, including but not limited to HDPE, LDPE, PVC, and EVA. In environmental projects, it efficiently welds geomembranes used for anti – seepage in landfills and waterproofing in sewage treatment plants. In water conservancy projects, it also works well for lining reservoirs and rivers.
Equipped with an advanced automated control system, it offers two operation modes: manual and automatic. In manual mode, operators can flexibly control parameters such as welding speed and temperature according to the actual welding situation.
