Cement blankets are a new type of composite material formed by filling the interior of a three-dimensional fabric made of geosynthetic materials with cement-based powder solidification materials.Before adding water, it is soft like a blanket; after adding water, it hardens like a concrete slab.

Advantages of cement blanket：

1.Green and Low-Carbon: It adopts a pre-mixed molding process and does not require on-site concrete mixing. Compared with the traditional slope protection process of shotcrete with steel mesh. It fundamentally reduces dust pollution, noise pollution and material waste during construction, and significantly lowers carbon emissions and energy consumption.  It saves a large amount of building materials and labor costs, achieves the dual improvement of environmental and economic benefits.

2. Easy Construction and Shortened Construction Period:
Before watering, it is as soft as a blanket, so workers can package it in rolls or bulk and easily load, unload and transport it manually. The construction process is simple: workers excavate the deep foundation pit to the bottom, trim the slope, then pave, fix and water the cement blanket to harden it.
3. Strong Plasticity:
It has excellent flexibility, drapability and adaptability. It can be arbitrarily cut with hand tools and laid into corresponding shapes according to the actual terrain.
